Our auth provider says they have resolved the incident on their end and has not provided any additional detail about the cause. We will continue to monitor our system and appreciate your patience.

Update
We are starting to see successful logins to our system, but the issue has not yet been identified. We will continue to treat this as a major outage until further notice. If you are able to log into the LIMS/Provider Portal successfully, the application should otherwise be functioning normally. These authentication issues may still result in expired login sessions or the inability to sign requisitions/patient reports.

Investigating
We are currently investigating a potential issue with our auth provider, which is resulting in the inability to log in to the LIMS/Provider Portal in production or sandbox. We have filed a support ticket and will post updates here as we have them.
